Mr. Thompson is responsible for investment analysis, due diligence support, and portfolio management activities. Mr. Thompson has participated in the investment and commitment of mezzanine and private equity transactions on behalf of the partnerships.

Prior to joining Smith Whiley & Company, Mr. Thompson was a Summer Analyst at Stonington Partners, a New York based private equity firm. He provides mentoring and coaching to the Firm's interns.

Mr. Thompson received his B.A. degree in Economics from Wesleyan University.
