Ms. Smith Sally has over 26 years of experience in the areas of operations management and private banking. Ms. Smith Sally is responsible for Firm operations including the "back office," technology infrastructure and human resources functions. She also manages the Firm's corporate giving , philanthropic initiatives special events.
Previously, Ms. Smith Sally worked for 17 years in the Latin America, Corporate Finance and Private Banking divisions of JP Morgan Chase, in New York.
Ms. Smith Sally serves on the board of directors of the Capital Regional Conference of Churches. She volunteers and organizes many events for area non-profit organizations and small businesses.
Ms. Smith Sally is a graduate of the Katharine Gibbs Business School and attended Medgar Evers College.
